Your mission
As part of our VAT Operations team at countX, you will:
- Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (e.g. Amazon, ERP, invoicing tools)
- Manage and carry out VAT reporting across EU countries, including OSS, local VAT returns, and VAT registrations
- Support Intrastat reporting and related filings
- Support process improvements and contribute to reliable, high-quality compliance results
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners on VAT-related operational tasks
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in VAT reporting, EU VAT compliance, OSS reporting, or a closely related field
- Excellent Excel skills – you work confidently with large data volumes, formulas, pivot tables, and logical problem-solving
- Solid understanding of EU VAT processes, OSS procedures, and VAT filing requirements
- Logical thinker with a structured & proactive way of working
- Confident communicating in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
