We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online retail of the future – from ERP systems to shop and marketplace integrations.

About the team

You’ll become part of the team building Juno – the agentic AI layer that powers our platform. We turn ambitious AI designs into production-ready systems and love solving hard problems in the areas of reliability, latency and scaling. We work agentic-first, so AI coding assistants like Claude Code and Copilot are part of our daily work.

Your responsibilities

  • You build and maintain the AI-powered services and agentic workflows behind Juno
  • You develop scalable backend services and APIs
  • You design and implement agents and tools
  • You optimise AI workflows for reliability, latency, scaling and cost – with integrated monitoring and testing
  • You collaborate with product, platform, data and DevOps engineers and help shape our architecture and engineering standards

Your profile

  • You bring 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong expertise in Python or C# and a track record of shipping production-ready systems
  • You have built and deployed AI-powered applications in real production environments
  • You have hands-on experience with LLMs and AI orchestration frameworks, including RAG and vector search
  • You have strong backend and API engineering skills, ideally with FastAPI or a similar framework
  • You use AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Copilot or Cursor as a natural part of your everyday work
  • You have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
  • You have experience with Docker and containerised deployments
  • You are familiar with prompt engineering, tool calling and agent design patterns
