Product Manager App Store (f/m/d)

JTL is one of the leading e-commerce platforms for small and medium-sized businesses in the DACH region – more than 50,000 merchants manage their inventory, orders and fulfillment processes with JTL software. We are now building the next growth lever: an App Store through which merchants discover, subscribe to and integrate extensions, integrations and add-ons directly into their daily work. This role is not about maintenance – it is about building.

• You own the product vision and roadmap of the JTL App Store and make clear prioritization decisions based on merchant feedback and data.
• You shape the merchant experience: how customers discover, test, subscribe to and manage apps – close to the daily work of JTL merchants.
• You define subscription billing models and revenue-share structures and, together with Engineering, bring the payment infrastructure (Stripe Connect) to life.
• You integrate the App Store end-to-end into the JTL Cloud Platform (JTL-Hub, partner portal) and ensure a consistent product experience.
• You manage an external development team and work closely with internal stakeholders from Engineering, Legal, Finance and UX.
• You develop the long-term platform vision: all JTL extensions – Extension Store and third-party apps – will in future run through one central store.
• You are responsible for selecting and operating a content publishing tool – so that content can be maintained centrally and distributed across channels (App Store, Hub, and more). You work closely with Go-to-Market and Partner Management to ensure content quality and customer experience are right.
