Your responsibilities
JTL is moving its platform to the cloud: contract management, license management and edition management are migrating out of the customer center into the JTL Cloud Platform – for a modern, unified customer experience that truly moves merchants forward. You decide what gets migrated and when, and what the new self-service processes in the JTL-Hub look like – always with an eye on conversion, activation and real merchant value. You have done exactly this before – and know what really matters when doing it.
- You define the target vision: how merchants will independently buy, activate and manage their JTL products in the future – and derive from it what gets migrated, what gets newly built and what is dropped.
- You decide what gets migrated into the JTL-Hub and the partner portal, and when – and what can wait. Getting the prioritization right is the real job.
- You design and optimize the self-service journey from purchase to activation: contract management, edition configurator, onboarding flows – measured by conversion rate, time-to-value and activation rate.
- You build and operate an experimentation framework: A/B tests on purchase and onboarding paths, funnel analyses, fast hypothesis testing with a direct impact on self-service conversion.
- You own the integration of the JTL-Hub with Salesforce and ensure that contract and customer data flows consistently between platform and CRM.
- You coordinate stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, UX and Engineering – as the only person with an end-to-end perspective across the entire self-service journey.
- You actively shape the JTL-Hub as a growth channel: merchants should not only manage things there, but also discover which additional JTL solutions fit their business – upsell and cross-sell as an integral part of your product thinking.
What you bring
- Many years of experience as a Product Manager at the intersection of product growth and complex B2B SaaS migrations – you know conversion funnels, activation metrics and the pitfalls of parallel legacy/cloud phases from first-hand experience.
- You develop a strong target vision, derive from it a realistic, staged migration path and see the implementation through consistently – with the project management strength that complex transition phases require.
- An understanding of Salesforce as a CRM – you know how contract and customer processes are mapped within it, and can clearly define interface requirements toward your own platform.
- Experience with experimentation and data-driven conversion optimization – A/B testing, funnel analysis and a clear focus on metrics are part of your craft.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
