Your responsibilities
Our subsidiary Returnless. from the Netherlands is looking for an Account Executive (f/m/d) to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for a sales-driven personality to support us in further expanding Returnless in the German market.
This is not about aggressive sales or “hard selling”. Returnless solves a clear problem in e-commerce. Your task is to understand the challenges of potential customers, guide them professionally through their decision-making process, and show how our platform creates real added value. Our approach is clear: We don’t sell more than necessary – we deliver more than expected.
- You handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships and the JTL ecosystem
- You independently develop new outbound leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile
- You qualify potential customers and analyse their challenges, decision-making processes and requirements
- You conduct product demos and show how Returnless can solve concrete returns problems
- You manage your sales pipeline in a structured way – from first contact to closing the deal
- You share market feedback and customer insights with the Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Development teams

- You have a strong interest in e-commerce, SaaS, software and digital tools
- You enjoy talking to online retailers and understand their operational challenges
- You work proactively, take a structured approach and take responsibility for your own pipeline
- You think in a sales-oriented way, but always act in a consultative and customer-focused manner
- You use modern tools and AI to work more efficiently and smartly
- You enjoy working in an international environment with German and Dutch colleagues
- You live in North Rhine-Westphalia and are willing to occasionally visit our office in Eindhoven
